Few Golf Exercises
There are many different types of golf exercises you can work with depending on what you most want to work on, either basics, the control, strength or power. You can either do one exercise at a time or do with a mix of several exercises together.
The Stance Golf Exercise
This exercise should be implemented first, no matter what other exercise u intend to do. The Stance i-e getting into position and then holding on for a few seconds comes first. Then a lot of focus is required by the player, with the weight on the insides of the feet and one should tilt forward from the hips, keeping the back straight. The hands should be left loose and natural. The hips together with the shoulders should be tilted to the side, so the spine should be angled away from the target.
Exercise for the right hand swing
The exercise for the right hand swing is required if your right hand is dominant over your left. The body should be twisted, and should be released forward so that the aiming point is the foot of where the ball would be that is towards the target which can be the ankle, or shin high.
The twist drill
The twist drill is another sort of exercise in which there is no later hip shift allowed. The head should be kept steady and the player should feel fully balanced and centered. Most importantly there is a lot of control required.
Develop the physical strength
These exercises not only develop the physical strength required by the game but also ensure the body's flexibility and the power required to generate it.
