Golf Equipments
There are in fact many other types of equipment in the golf game, other than the major requirements of the sports itself.
Of course the most important and closest equipment for a golf player is the club itself. A player can carry several different clubs at the same time during the game; however it should not exceed the limit of fourteen as defined by the rules. The clubs are of three major types which includes the woods, the irons, and also the putters. Irons are usually used for playing shorter shots, unlike the woods which are used for the long shots. The putters are most often played on the green but are also useful when played from bunkers or for some specific approach shots.
The golf shafts are another important equipment of the golf game, used between the grip and the club head. It has a circular shape and is commonly much thicker.
The most important equipment the golf ball is made with a tough core of rubber. The minimum diameter of the ball is 42.67 mm and its mass is restricted to 45.93 g and cannot exceed this figure. The surface of the golf ball has 300-400 designed patterns of dimples this is so as to improve the aerodynamics of the ball.
The other commonly used equipments of the golf game are the golf bags, the ball markers the Golf carts, followed by the most obvious ones the gloves, shoes and the golf tees.
