What Causes Golf Back Pain?

The back pain of the golf players is the most common problem ever since the beginning of this game, it is very well known now that the back pain is associated with the Golf game itself, mostly for the players who do not strive to condition their bodies for the game in terms of the exercise and training required. The most common reason in fact is that the back pains can be acquired due to the playing of the game for a very long time period.

The back pain is not only a cause of playing the game for longer time periods but also because the entire body is in constant use, may it be your hips, shoulders, arms or legs and the main supporter in fact of the force experienced while the swing course is actually the back itself. Therefore it is much likely that the entire stress of the body movements on the back results in the back pains.

The very useful exercise for the golf pain is to lie down flat on the floor with the stomach having the hands at your sides. Then the chest and upper body together with the arms and legs is to be raised as high as possible. At this point the entire weight of the body is held by the stomach. This position should be held and then counted till 10. This simple exercise if is carried out twice everyday can complete reduce the back pain.
